iBluegrass.com Classifieds were designed to give the public a free, safe, secure method of placing bluegrass related ads on the Internet. In order to maintain the integrity of our system, we have developed the following policy.

Please note: People outside the industry are using iBluegrass to post ads that have nothing to do with music. Even with a sophisticated filtering system, some eventually get through.

Because of this, effective May 7, 2003, ads have to be approved before they are published. We'll make the process as fast as possible. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we have found it necessary to do this in order to retain our promise of being a family site.

1. Only members can place ads
2. iBluegrass.com has placed extensive security measures into this product in order to protect the seller from those who may abuse this system. Regardless of this, iBluegrass.com hereby disclaims any and all liability from the use of this system.
3. THIS IS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY SERVICE. Posting of ads that are obscene or inappropriate IS NOT permitted and will not be tolerated. Such ads will be removed and the seller will be banned from using the system. This capability is built into the system.
4. Ads must be directly related to bluegrass music.
5. The following types of ads are absolutely prohibited:
   • Dating/Personal services
   • "Adult" sites or sites that link directly to adult sites
   • MLM campaigns of any nature
   • Songwriting or performing "contests"
   • Offers of tape trading
   • Free music downloads of any format (MP3, WAV, MIDI, etc)
   • Internet Services, including Multimedia Services, Graphics or HTML service, web design, hosting, etc.
   • Commercial Music Sales
   • Advertisements of any competitor
   • Any ad that would interfere with the business of iBluegrass.com or iBest.net.
   • Those who can not abide by these rules are respectfully requested to advertise elsewhere.
6. Posting of ads that are of a threatening or illegal nature may result in all ad information being turned over to law enforcement agencies.
7. Your IP address is recorded when you enter an ad or add a category
8. As a seller, your E-mail address IS NEVER POSTED. A potential buyer sends a message anonymously. As the seller, you have the right NOT to reply to any message received. If you doubt the validity of a reply, or are suspicious of the potential buyer in any way, then by all means, DO NOT REPLY.
9. Buyers OR sellers who abuse this system will lose the ability to place ads AND to reply to ads.
10. iBluegrass.com reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason; to remove any ad from our system; to reinstate or to refuse to reinstate terminated accounts at its sole discretion. All decisions of iBluegrass.com are final.
11. iBluegrass.com is not responsible for nor can it place any guarantees of the condition of items purchased through this site. DO NOT purchase anything without first seeing it in person.
12. iBluegrass.com does not guarantee the seller will actually sell or that the buyer has any intent to purchase. We request you report such irregularities to us immediately.
